Living with Fatigue and MS: Take the Survey

"While most people associate MS with mobility issues, fatigue is a common symptom of multiple sclerosis due to feeling exhausted from muscle tremors and muscle spasms. It can also be caused by MS-related pain, trouble sleeping or depression. It can be further triggered by heat or humidity. In fact, according to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, roughly 80% of people living with MS have fatigue. MS related fatigue is experienced as a state of being tired—not sleepy, but physically exhausted. And this can have a big impact on daily life, from work to exercise to social activities. As you think about fatigue, we’d love to understand how you manage it as well as other symptoms you experience due to MS.
